Kevin McNab

An accomplished athlete and a keen student of  the sport, Kevin McNab is exceptionally competent as a coach.  His running career began at the age of 6, and has progressed through a successful high school, collegiate, and post-collegiate athlete.  His runner up finish at the Missouri state meet in the 1600m (4:14) convinced him that he was capable of competing at the next level. Following a stint at Southeast Missouri State University, Kevin transferred to Texas A&M in 2007 to become part of the National Champion Aggies.  While there, Kevin established himself among the top collegiate runners, earning All-American accolades in addition to garnering numerous race victories.  His post-collegiate career has brought further success, particularly in road racing.

Kevin's cycling abilities were brought to bear in 2007 when he set a personal best time of 19:33 in the 10-mile time trial.  Later that year, participation in the Duathlon National Championship brought his first multi-sport title.

Kevin has experienced success in helping individuals accomplish their weight loss, muscle building, and running-oriented goals.  His passion for all-things-fitness is demonstrated by his dedication to those whom he coaches.
