SplitMaster coached athlete, Kevin McNab, runs 29:42 10k!  Kevin ran neck n neck with another runner for
most of the race.  It was a hard fought battle as Kevin was just beaten.  Kevin did run a new personal best for 10k.  
"A sub 30 minute 10k is great for his resume.  We needed to show people that kevin is very versatile.  Just wait until
Kevin converts to a duathlete...he will be World Champion!  Most people don't know this but Kevin is as good on a

Billy and Roy Leighton Shine at President's Day 5k!  Billy Leighton led all athletes blistering the
course in record time!  Billy completed the course in 15:55 besting last years winning time by
nearly a minute.  Roy followed in a time of 16:37.  Congratulations to both athletes. Roy and Billy
are planning torun the Mile at MU this coming weekend.  "I expect both Roy and Billy to run under
4:30 for the Mile at this weeks race.  There will be an excellent field and many runners faster than
both boys.  Competition is what makes us great and both of these boys are ready to
